COMMISSION FEE
The legal fee is in accordance with Act LXXVIII of 2017 on Advocacy and is the subject of a free agreement not regulated by any law, nor by any other applicable norm. In all cases, the legal fee is determined in advance, individually and jointly by the parties in the legal assignment contract, so that the client does not incur any unexpected costs when concluding the legal transaction.
The amount of the legal fee typically depends on the complexity of the case, the value of the subject matter of the legal transaction, and the burden of the legal liability adopted for the performance of the assignment.
